Interesting article about the people who sell their home cooked food items at flea markets and other places.  It’s going to be very regulated soon, but up until now it’s really flown under the radar.  I hope in places outside of the metro New York, Boston, &tc. still get a change to build this up before it becomes more (and for food safety – it’s a good thing) regulated.
