To continue on my Bread Baker’s Apprentice adventure, I figured I’d make an attempt at Challah tonight. I have to say that it is probably the most ‘that’s what it’s supposed to look like’ breads I’ve figured out so far. I have no idea how close to real Challah it tastes yet as it’s still cooling. Will report back with baking notes and more pics soon. In the meantime:
